I went here with my friends to try their dishes. I love the flavors but there are some flaws like some beef had thick slices when in the menu it says it’s thinly sliced.The service, for me, is 3.5/5. The crew aren’t aware enough with our requests and orders. For instance, we asked rice and other dished for 5 times to different waiters and after 30 min there was still no rice and dish coming right at our table. I love the food but I hope the service will improve 🙂
One of the few kbbq that let’s you eat alone. Meat choices are nice but the servings for the meat is too few for my liking. Some servers are attentive, some aren’t. Takes awhile for them to take my order as well so best to queue up some meats so you won’t be hassled by the waiting time.
First time eating in Romantic Baboy last December 17. Meats are all good! Tasty. The thing I didn’t liked about their restaurant is that, they don’t have the “unlimited pork” only. Huhu. But their meats are good though, includingg their side dish. Staffs are all kind but not that attentive. But I understand them though. Will try their kimbap and tteokbokki next time! Hehe. 🙂
I’m satisfied with this Romantic Baboy in Nuvali (I can’t say for the other branches). We managed to order all the meat set that they have on the menu (8 sets) and the servings for each is just right, not too overwhelming to the point that you lose your appetite. Their side dishes are also good (especially love their glass noodle and the greens, i think it’s spring onions or leek with sauce) and the egg is savory (it was on the side of the grill and the oil from the meat are dripping into it making it more flavorful), not to mention the cheese dip, yummy :3. I would recommend eating here. You can also opt to order more of the thin cuts since it’s easier to cook and eat and won’t let you feel full easily so that you can maximize what you paid for.
Very disappointing, it’s our first time to eat there and will also be our last. We waited for too long outside waiting for them to call us because everyone else is getting called except us. So when we finally got called, we sat there and look at their menu which is not really good because it is too big and we don’t know where to put it because they just leave it to us. As we get our order and get ready to cook our food, the smoke suction is broken and it keeps on meddling to our cooking to which we needed to hold the latter while we put the pork and beef, plus since they use charcoal it is painful to the eyes. Another is the crews are all very disappointing. They keep on forgetting our request and they seem to do nothing on our problem which is the smoke suction. We also felt that they are irritated because of that which is not our problem at all in the first place. So it’s a big NO NO! to eat in this kind of place. waste of time and money.
