my second time in bonchon sm city sta rosa.im quite disappointed sa staff mejo unfriendly kasi kahit sinabi ko na second time ko at mejo matagal na mula nung kumain aq sa bonchon at mejo wala akong idea about sa food nila the manager just give me their menu with suggesting what is nice to eat.and the counter staff is not friendly also she’s not smiling at parang nainis xa dahil mejo wala talaga aqng idea sa oorderin kong food at lam ko nag cause ako ng matagal sa line.but still db kaya sila andun is to help and assist the customer to what food to order suggest or upsell something.but still wala clang ginawa to help me.and about the food mejo maalat ung beef nila.im not saying na customer is always right kz im in the line of food industry abroad i do experienced being tired lalo kapag maraming tao but never in my service na ganun ang ginawa ko.i make sure na i give good customer service and proper imformation sa lahat ng product nmin esp sa mga frist timer namin customer.so i hope the SM City Sta Rosa Bonchon will take this to improved their services to be nice in very customer kahit pagod na sila.

Bon chon wasn’t really packed when we got there however the service was so terrible that we waited almost 30 mins for our food to arrive which i do nit understand because when we got our food, it was cold.
The brand is overrated. Chiken is served in even smaller sizes. There’s this one time there was a long line. We lined up as well, but when we got the orders – chicken – they were all disappointing. There’s nothing special about it and I’s rather spend on Mang Inasal to get a filling food instead of Bon Chon. Never went to any Bon Chon branch again. It’s just a fad.
Magsarado na kayo kung palagi niyo cinacancel yung order ko thru Foodpanda!! Ilang voucher na nasayang ko sainyo! Napakawalang kwenta ng serbisyo niyo! Kahit pag nag didine in ako dito walang kabuhay-buhay ang mga staff! Mapa dine in or Foodpanda delivery mga walang silbi!
I’ve dined in this place a couple of times. Although I haven’t tried everything on their menu yet, but their chicken is so dope, esp the honey flavor, which is my fav. Their Bingsu is also to die for, I’ve already tried the ube and mango flavor but so far, for me, the ube is the best.
