Cozy place to dine in at SM Santa Rosa. Their menu offers good servings for family and groups. Although their Mexican inspired food is not that too good for my taste buds, I find them too beany and the smell is not that savory, compared to otherTex-Mex restos. Their food is also not that appealing to the kiddos.
Food is delicious but the waiters are not friendly! They nodded to acknowledge what you were asking for but after few minutes, you have to follow up again. They were even picky of the people that they would greet. This made me feel that Gringo do not give you a homey feel where you can relax. I felt disappointed because what I’ve experienced in Gringo SM Megamall is so different compared to this branch! 🙁
love their sauce so much, esp the spicy one, the food were very tasty, this is my 2nd time in Gringo and it never disappoints, I still order the original chicken with 2 sides, I love the roasted squash! the staff in SM Sta Rosa were very nice, attentive and friendly, will definitely eat here again 🙂
Gringo finally hits Sta. Rosa City, Laguna! I have never been this excited to try this out and assess if they remain consistent the first time I tried it on Palanca Street in Makati City. It never disappoints: the original chicken is tender and flavorful; the garlic rice and Mexican rice are tasty and tangy; the sauces were a surprise. 5/5 would come back!
