Our restaurant, "Otabe-ya", wishes to offer the guest local Japanese cuisin in a similar style and manner as local eateries in Japan. Our menus represent the popular "local" Japanese food culture. It is the food that local Japanese are fond of in their everyday life. Examples of such foods include ramen noodles, gyoza dumpling, takoyaki (seafood balls) and Japanese style fried chicken and pork.
