VjANDEP Bakeshop's flagship product is it's famous Pastel. These are soft buns with sweet and creamy custard or "yema" filling. From an initial capital of P120.00, its owners Virgilio Jose and Eleanor Popera were able to make it grow into a massive success. Now, VjANDEP's pastel is known all over the country as a sweet delicacy from Camiguin and Cagayan de Oro. There are now 20 flavors of pastel with fillings made from local fresh fruits. VjANDEP has expanded into a bakeshop offering various breads, pastries and even cakes. Its main branches in Camiguin and Cagayan are also pasalubong centers where customers can buy various food products and delicacies from nearby provinces. VjANDEP products may now be ordered online and delivered to customers within Cagayan de Oro City through My Pasalubong.
