Someone recommended this resto. Good thing we went. Everything we ordered were yummy. Especially the Kinilaw na Tuna sa gata. (Tuna Ceviche in coconut milk)
They serve good food – chicken inato, beef pochero, chopsuey, pancit. One thing we don’t like is their pork sisig, it’s 70 to 80% pork fat. We hope that they’ll do something about it. This restaurant is till must try when in Dumaguete!
I’m a big fan of Chicken Inato, and Atong Kamalig does it very well. They serve a lot of it, so it’s always fresh off the grill. A side of rice and a cold San Miguel – makes for a great meal.
