Doi's cooking is greatly influenced by his mentors in Shangri-La Hotels, while Avril's sweet creations are classic European with a local flair. In charge of finance and operations, sibling Ep makes it a point that service is excellent and that each specialty offers the best value for money. Sibling Architect Noelle, who worked with Joey Yupangco + Associates, used modern minimalism - Earth colors, straight lines and natural finishes - ensuring that the main focal points of the place are the food and you.
