Celstial's Restaurant and Cafe is a relaxing restaurant by the bay of Puerto Princesa. Our menu has a wide array of dishes from Filipino, Asian, American & European Cuisines. Our Chef recommends the US Black Angus Rib Eye Steak and Lobster Thermidore, among other mouth-watering dishes. We are open for breakfast at 6:30am and closes at 11:00 pm.
