In 1947, Ramen Sakuraflavor root .Tonkotsu soup was a resarch to first of umamiflavoris conducted at ramen shop in the Kyushu area of Japan. Stewed Chicken bones, Pork bones, Onions, spices, Back sweet fat, Garlic, Kelp etc. boiled for more than 24hours and the original noodles were added, and Tonkotsu Ramen born.Since 2000 Tonkotsu ramen shop open throughout around the world.Even here in Coron, Japanese owners import ingredients from Japan to get the original tastes and provide it for the guests.
