We at Little Italy Trattoria Pizzeria, are extremely excited to share our cuisine with you. We pride ourselves in serving a variety of Napoletana dishes which includes house-made fresh insalata, simply prepared antipasti, tasty pasta, and brick-overn pizzas. The beverage list includes selected Italian wines and spirits, served ina glass or bottle service. Little Italy Trattoria Pizzeria is home to Angeles City's original Napoletana pizzeria. Using the same time-honored traditions and techniques that have been used in naples, Italy for over 300 years, these lightly-topped pizzas are cooked around 90 seconds in a cutom-made brick over. Our unique wood burnign brick oven is heated to a constant temperature between 800 and 900 degrees Farenheit to ensure your pizza is cooked to prefection. It has been our dream to be able to share with you our home-made delicious dishes using the finest and freshest ingredients available.
