Ordered bulalugaw and super liked it. It’s a mix between our bulalo and lugaw! Super tasty and the food presentation will already make you drool. Location is a bit far though and may be a challenge to find it. But once you see it, definitely a diner’s treat! Good food plus cheap prices.
I chanced upon Old Manila when I was waiting for my car wash to finish. Since then, I have come back a couple of times and I pass by just to buy take out. I believe they have the best lugaw in the area!
