I have always been a fan of their chicken and chapchae, but this branch upsets me lunch time today for their slow service. We were told by the cashier to wait 20 mns but the food came after waiting for almost 30mns. Ordered additional rice which came after 10 mns! I was with my little brothers and grandparents and this absolutely upsets them as well. Never gonna go back to this branch again. But i do hope the staff improves their service.
The fam had dinner with a friend last week. As soon as you enter the resto may mabahong smell. As we were ordering, I asked the crew bakit mabaho as soon as you enter the resto (infer it doesn’t smell naman throughout the place). She said na may nagba-backflow daw. We got the k-fries and the milk tea bingsu plus the chicken.
The service is great as usual but I would rate this branch a 2/5 because whenever I try to go here the place smells different and unpleasant 🙁
It’s alright. Nothing knew since it’s a branch outlet. Service is okay. It just gets a bit slower during the peak hours but other than that- it’s fine
I love the food and the service. But their serving time is too slow, I’ve observed that they lack crew/staff. There was a time, there are only 2 servers, and one of them was the manager. Still I love their bibimbowl ♡
This is so sad 🙁 I am so hungry and craving for fish ‘n chips and called BonChon only to find out that the branch in Robinson’s Antipolo does not cater deliveries as of now. The branch in Sm Taytay also could not deliver here in Antipolo. Just sad. 🙁
Of all the branches I visited, this one’s the dirtiest. There was food and plastic utensils on the floor and the table was sticky. The only reason I’m giving this a two is because our server was courteous.
