I like their steak tho’ it’s not like in the other resto. Their wasabi steak is a must try. I’m not really a fan of wasabi but surprisingly, it tastes good on the steak.
Steak is great and there aren’t so many people. They don’t wash their utensils and cups very well though and their gravy is a bit watery. Clearly there is room to improve in this, otherwise, great steak place.
I ordered a saddle steak with mashed potatoes and when I started eating I noticed there was something in my mashed potatoes. After digging it out, I realized it was a price tag sticker for ripe mangoes from SM Hypermarket. Makes you wonder how sanitary this place is when you get a price tag for mangoes in a steak and mashed potatoes dish. They didn’t even offer to replace my food. They just said we didn’t have to pay for my mashed potatoes and expected me to continue eating what they gave me
We’ve been eating at Brickfire Loyola Heights. This is my first time trying out this branch. I tried their honey mustard steak and I fell inlove with it. I like my steak well done and they did it perfectly. From now on, this is my fave Brickfire branch. ❤️
We’ve been there yesterday (lunchtime) to celebrate Father’s Day, and was sooooo disappointed 🙁 Me and my boyfriend arrived earlier than our reservations, and take note, they open at 11:00 AM not 10:00 AM. Thank you for the kind staff that let us in even if it’s not opened yet. Here are my honest reviews for this place:- Staff were kind, polite, and apologetic too- Serving time was so slooooooow, 45 mins to an hour (I don’t know why)- Bully burger was okay- First batch of the unli soup was cold 🙁 (but the next one was good)- Iced tea (how long does it take to prepare them?)- Steak was ain’t okay 🙁 I also cook so I knew that they were simmered/boiled first before grilling it (that’s why it took them so long to serve it)- Roasted Liempo – same as the steak, it should be roasted right? :(- Tanigue was okay- Desserts (mais con yelo and halo halo) we just cancelled them as it took them so long to prepare it :(- Thank you for the father’s day treat though (a scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate syrup topped with a wafer stick) – Ventilation and air conditioning was not okay 🙁 – Thank you for transfering us to a more spacious table though (the first table was not good for 10 pax)- CR was not okayI hope they can improve their services and food 🙁 I think this place was okay before because of the reviews but what happened yesterday was not quite pleasing.
They have good food. Their steaks and mac and cheese is such a must try. We keep coming back because their menu is super affordable. The place is well decorated, although my biggest concern is their powder room. When you enter, it looks as if you’re in a different dimension, it looks so out of place compared to the restaurant itself
