Customer service at its worst. I was in the line for thirty minutes, kidding aside. The cashier is always out of her post, I repeated my order four times to three people and it seem they never got it, and everything was disorganized. My congee was piping hot when it was given to me while on the queue and I literally dipped my finger in it to show how cold it is when I was about to pay. They do not have enough change and asked me to come back for it and the cashier shortchanged me so I asked her to check the receipt. The squid rings were oily and chewy. Learned that this was owned by Foodlink, the same concessionaire in our company’s cafeteria so it is no wonder that service and food quality is of low quality.
