One of the best branches of Shakey’s in the PH not only because of their food, but also because of their customer service.But yeah, FOOD WAS AWESOME!!!
The food was okay. But the service is really bad.The crew at the greeting area could not even recommend specials or give information on any promotions.I gave my supercard to check its validity, and they said it was still valid until November. I gave it to them so I could avail of the discount. They give A card back, which apparently wasn’t mine and they inform me that I was not eligible to get the discount. I complain at the counter and turns out they dropped my card somewhere on the floor.Everyone understands the place is packed and servers are busy. But a little organization should get them through the basic processes they do.Unfortunately, it looks like they aren’t even trying to improve.Best to get take out or delivery, I guess.
Worst Shakey’s branch. I didn’t know Shakey’s were hiring turtles. We tried to understand that they’re only doing their job and there are a lot of people at that time. However, The food that they served us made me sick and when we asked for the bill we had to wait for atleast 30 Minutes to pay.
Got a little disappointed lang kasi pag-open namin ng tinake-out na boxes, sa isa wala ‘yung caesar salad sa loob. Inabot kasi ng crew na nakatali na kaya wasn’t able to check prior leaving. Nevertheless, dito so far pinakamasarap na chicken ng Shakey’s na natikman ko, not too salty. Thank you pa rin!
This is the Shakey’s branch has the best service i’ve seen in any Shakey’s branch. I can at least compare this with 5 branches i visited. I have no complaints here.
Their salads are amazing. They give generous servings of their dressing.The monster meatball is awesome. Really filling and stays true to the italian taste. And of course, their pizzas will always satisfy you. I love their cheese variant.While you’re at it, don’t forget to get yourself a Supercard!
