Never. Again. Vanilla frappe tasted like spoiled milk and chocolate frappe was not chocolate frappe. Took a few sips on both drinks and threw them away. Not even worth a star.
Wife and I ordered their bolognese and mango shake. Honest opinion: Ultimate meh food experience.Food:The bolognese tasted too sour and ketchup-y; it’s comparable to the P15 spaghetti in plastic sold at the streets. The mango shake was a disappointment as well. You can still feel the unmelted sugar on your mouth.Place:The place looks it was stuck in the ’90s. Ultra old chairs and tables. The aircon is leaking; and the staff didn’t even bother changing the pale that was catching the leak when it was already full hence the floor was slippery wet.
Small serving. Nagpadeliver ako thru grabfood. Not sure if the grabdriver ate my food or this is just their normal servings. For 109php, kahit sana 5pcs of small beef eh. Pero no, 3pcs lang ung naabutan ko. 3 small bite size.
Tucked inside Village East, it’s located near their chapel. From the outside, it seems to be a hidden gem of a restaurant but on the inside, it was a bit disappointing. Chairs look reaaaaally old. Ordered pansit bihon, tuna sandwich & cream puff. Nothing stood out in taste. Too much hype on their cream puff but it tasted old and not yummy at all. Our drinks were served last, service is very poor.
My sister’s fiancé who happens to live in Village East introduced us to this café. Food was okay. Okay cause you’re just getting the value of what you paid for. Their cream puffs were delicious, like Dulcinea’s but at a much lower price. Their shakes were good too. Service was a bit poor because the cashiers and servers were hostile. But all in all the place is a good place to stay until midnight because of its chill ambience.
