*1 STAR -They Get the Star for having healthy Food.They Lose 4 stars mainly because of bad service; So many staff behind the counter, not 1 can take order properly, when you ask a question they will look at each other puzzled, then 1 staff will attempt to answer. Very Frustrating. This is a simple trade, Let me see what you have, I will ask you questions about it, simple, straight forward question if it is grilled, fresh or whatever. I Understand some of them might not be educated, and that is fine, I feel the Restaurant should TRAIN them and TEACH them to make them at least adequate. Also, What is with made to eat open sandwiches, in your display counter, with bread, lettuce and rosemary chicken on top, yes they are covered in plastic but don’t you understand that once the food is put in an open space it will start to decompose and have bacteria? you can even argue this point maybe but the lettuce sure is soggy when its been sitting there!!This is a healthy restaurant, isn’t that about fresh made food? How long will it take to actually put lettuce and readymade chicken on to a bread? Does this have any thought process? Lastly, I am happy for the healthy food, however P270 for a chicken Wrap sandwich that is smaller than an Army Navy Burrito? Your Menu is everywhere (always not available), Your system is everywhere and most importantly your staff are everywhere. You cant own a restaurant and set it on AUTO-PILOT, especially in the Philippines.
