Okay naman. Medyo dark lang, so not very inviting. But it’s affordable and tastes good and clean, so it’s all okay. The server I had though can do some more practice. It’s obvious she was new though, forgiven.

WORST DELIVERED FOOD EVER! All the food I ordered was wrapped in aluminum foil and was not carefully packaged. Xiao Long Bao (Shao Long Pao) does not look like it is supposed to be, the soup inside the bao leaked and was allover the paper bag they gave, the wrapper is too thin as well. The Shrimp Dumpling (Hakaw) is dry same with their Sharks Fin Dumpling. The Sweet and Sour Pork was too sweet and too salty. The price of the food is ridiculously different from what is stated in their Grab profile. Was shocked to be billed way too much from the original price stated in my grab receipt. This restaurant least deserves even one single star. This has been the worst Chinese food I have ever had and expected at least good hopes for this restaurant as I remembered them part of my childhood, but how I was so wrong, the food is way too different now.I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, and for those who are very much curious to try, I dare you not to. There are better Chinese restaurants available within the vicinity. It was a very disappointing experience. I do hope that they would vamp up and improve everything, from services to packaging. ALUMINUM FOIL IS NEVER A GOOD WAY TO PACKAGE DUMPLINGS !!

Whenever we crave for chinese food, this place is my family’s first choice. Food is great, real value for money. It’s been almost 3 years since our first, till now their food prices still the same.

Nothing to special with their Chinese food. Staff are not attended. And the place is smelly. Its not so inviting. Medyo luma na ang place and i think would need to be renovated if they want toattract customers. Dont have many choices of food in their menu.

I’ve always wondered why there isn’t a long line at Mongkok’s Sta Lucia outlet. And now I know why. The food is not fresh and the servers don’t care. And pretty soon your customers won’t either.I ordered the appetizer combination and the spareribs tausi. The appetizer combination on the menu looked like it is comprised of steamed chicken, asado pork, seaweed, and century egg. I even asked the server. But the actual dish is SOY chicken, WHITE chicken, seaweed, and century egg. The server’s mistake, but no apology. Not sure why the distinction between the soy and white chicken was made because it looked and tasted exactly the same. The tausi spareribs, on the other hand, was pulled from the dimsum cart but was very, very dry. It obviously was not prepared and cooked that day. The texture was terrible. facebook.com

Gone were the days when we would be thrilled to dine at this Mongkok outlet in Sta Lucia, Cainta. The place used to be conducive to dining with the new and well-maintained furnitures. Recently, our visit was a bit of a disappointment. The room set-up was almost the same but with noticeably banged up tables and sofa chairs begging for a facelift, which let us think of the place’ sanitation. Despite of it all, we still went in for old times’ sake and just to try out our favorites once again. We had their merienda meals: wonton noodles and the 2-piece asado siopao which came with 12 oz Nestea iced tea. The 3 pieces of wonton had very thick wrappers and small amounts of filling. It was a bit rubbery but flavorful. The broth was okay but needed some seasoning to give it added flavors. The asado siopao were still alright but not extraordinary.Justin, the waitstaff, has been attentive. We’d surely appreciate to see some positive improvements with the place for better customer satisfaction and for them to be competitive. This is maybe one of the least visited restaurants in the mall at present.

Ever since, I have been fond of chinese food however, our experience in this branch of Mongkok was disappointing. Foods were served so long and we waited for how many minutes. It’s very disappointing esp when you’re really really hungry. Nonetheless, still loved their food.
