  initially hesitant because of bad review for the past months but they made significant change in the service. courteous staff and was very polite. the servings for the kare kare and bone marrow pie were actually for sharing. serving time is about the promised time around (25 to 30 mins) but we came at an off peak hour so i am not sure during peak hours. overall it was a good experience and would be a returning customer

  great food and ambiance! the staffs are very friendly and very helpful. i would really recommend this place. a really nice place to hang out with friends and family.

  Ambience is great, food is okay, terrible dining experience. My daughter was admiring the displays on their walls so she decided to touch it. One of their crew (apparently their team leader) directly approached my daughter and told her to stop. Though she said it politely, I felt offended as a parent. She should have handled the situation differently. She could have talked to me or my wife so we can tell our daughter ourselves that it is FORBIDDEN to touch anything on the wall. Would I dine again here? NO.

  All negative reviews (also from TripAdvisor) are true. To think that the bad reviews were given almost 6 months ago, it’s shocking that we had an even worse experience. It’s like they didn’t improve even a little after 6 months. Note that they don’t have a ratings option on their Facebook page, probably expecting other scathing reviews and cared more about their reputation than improving the actual service and food they provide. They served our first order after 30 mins, which was okay because we understood the waiting time for dishes to be cooked. But if we didn’t follow up on the rest of our order, they won’t think to serve it anymore. Our second order came after 45 minutes, and they don’t plan on serving the third one anytime soon. They might as well put us in separate tables if they want us to eat in batches. The waiters are blatant liars, saying they will follow-up on your order but deliberately not doing so. They forgot what our orders were and they just walk around pretending to be busy. They had 5 waiters on shift, and didn’t assign one per table at least. We almost walked out to show our displeasure. We had to complain to a manager to get our third order. She had the nerve to say that the burger will be prepared in 30-45 minutes, even if we’ve been waiting for 1 hour already. She apologized (which she ‘s probably used to doing) but no action was taken until we got really angry. Their kare-kare is P450 (more expensive than Max’s) but they served us carinderia quality, with measly vegetables and cut up beef and more bones to make it look like it’s good for sharing. Kraft mac and cheese was better than what they served, and the burger was undercooked. I asked the manager to cut the service charge to 50% because of the HORRIBLE service, but she duped us into giving a 5% discount, which did not amount to the price she promised but we just let it go because arguing with people who don’t care would ruin our night more. The other tables around us also complained about poor service, some of them complained about wrong orders and long, unfair waiting times. Our night was ruined. They charge too much for mediocre food, they should’ve compensated with good service at least, but the service is the worst part. You can expect us to never go back and warn others of your overpriced but terrible food and services.
