Food is always prepared well. Food seem to follow the company’s standards, which are relatively better compared to other Pancake House restaurants. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. They (especially the manager) really seeks feedback from customers and always asks them how their food was. They are very customer-friendly.

Food is great but service is very terrible. The moment I went to the door, they ignored me i had to approach them so they could take my order. I also followed up my order because it took longer than the other customers who ordered later than I did. When I asked how much longer, they said it would take only 5 more minutes but it tooo them much longer than that. When my take out arrived, the waitress placed it nicely on the table but rolled her eyes and left right away. I hope their service improves.
This restaurant chain is always a staple favorite for me and my family. We love the variation of food selection and service is always good. Love that they have coloring items for kids while waiting for food order
This branch has totally redeemed itself. On our first visit last year, most of our food were bland. Everything was bursting with flavor this time around.My regular order of House Specials Set was as great as that of other branches. All my Pancake House Favorites were on one plate – Pan Chicken, a Taco and Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. I loved every hearty bite. Hubby loved his Plate of Spaghetti Meat Sauce. He also ordered a Waffle Foldover aka a crunchy waffle sandwich with peanut butter, ice cream, nuts and chocolate candies.Servers were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of their menu.Happy to have a branch nearby to satisfy our Pancake House cravings.
