Needs a lot of improvent when it comes to service. Drink selection is your typical offerings. Vibrant interiors though but it would take a lot of convincing for me to go back.
Vibrant-looking tea shop from the outside. My first experience here wasn’t so good as they served me the wrong kind of fruit tea and i didnt exactly like how their coffee tasted. Didn’t wanna complain that time because the staff seemed already very stressed so i informed the manager thru their social media account. Good point is they offered to give me a free drink next time i visit.
7:30pm, here at their store..Not a happy place to be.There is such a thing as soft opening, but first impression does matter. Especially for a not so known brand..Clutter, props everywhere. If you want to relax while enjoying your drink, this is not the place for you.Except for the girl at the counter who is taking the order, the rest of the staff are unaccommodating.Customer satisfaction obviously is not their priority.
