After few hours of tambay, adventures and meryenda from cloud9, we went here for dinner naman. We arrived around 8pm ish but surprisingly, there were a few guests and it was Friday gimik night supposedly hehe. Anyway, we ordered the group meal inclusive of crispy pata, kaldero rice, pitcher of iced tea, pinakbet and sinigang na salmon, food was okay naman. We stayed for two hours because there was an accoustic band playing and they were pretty good.
The most terrible place I’ved been, if I can give negative rating. Took more 1 hour for the food and it cold, not much of people in the restaurant. My kids were all hungry and the food was not that good at all. They said credit card is ok but when the bills comes out, they only accept cash.?! People in other table even cancelled the orders due to lame service. We will never comeback again and will tell all my friends about this horrible experience.
It was a reunion among family friends. It was our first time in this branch, so we were quite excited because of the view from the restaurant.Sadly, the customer service didn’t deliver. I was even the one who got the menus for our table because no one assisted us. After ordering, it took 20 minutes for them to tell us that the appetizer we ordered was not available. We followed up on our orders twice or thrice, and everytime they would tell us that the food is already on its way. All of our food arrived after an hour or so of waiting. The sisig was just sliced up fat, the salmon sinigang only had salmon heads, and the crispy pata (and the kropek that came with it) was not crispy anymore. Furthermore, the alternative appetizer we ordered arrived after we were all already done with our food.I am sure we were not alone in our complaint because so many tables were waiting a long time for their meals.I understand that the place was full (probably because of the Fathers’ Day celebration), but it is their responsibility to keep up with the influx of customers.I do hope they work on this. The view is not enough of a reason for people to come back.
we’ve arrived at antipolo and the 1st stop of our PADIs point food crawl is here in sumulong. food’s about to be served and i cant wait to sink my teeth in their classic offerings to w/c they’re known for.we had an array of offerings and it waa aplenty! started w/ a colorful plate of nacho chips, worked our way through the cheese sticks, dynamite, chicken nuggets, onion rings and mozzarella balls (boy that dynamite was a kicker!). their pancit canton topped w/ liempo was love, then that colorful mexican pizza (unfortunately, the crust was not baked through) the sinigang had a real soft pork belly in it, the sisig was toothsome and the pata- killer as well as the sawsawan. the grilled liempo i wanted to be selfish w/ but i had to share it w/ thw group. i did eat lotsa spoonfuls of the mangang hilaw and bagoong (kudos to their bagoong, yummeh).to down all that we were served cocktails and fruit shakes w/c were great to fight off the summer’s heat.
