From the moment you walk in upstairs at Cheap Charlies you know you are somewhere unique. A great place to enjoy a drink and take in the view over Baretto.
Much better view with a nice breeze is the only thing better from the old location. Poor management of supplies and inconsistent hours of the restaurant is a disappointment. Compared to similar bars it is easy to keep walking by and choose another place.
