About

Salina Restaurant - a unique spot on the culinary map of Malopolska In the Bochnia Gallery, in the heart of one of the oldest towns in Malopolska, a unique place was created inside a historic nineteenth-century building. A place that will enchant its guests with the taste of seasonal dishes prepared with the use of top-quality regional products and a wealth of carefully selected wines. A slightly industrial interior, a bar with Bochnia salt crystals and a fireplace all create a unique atmosphere. In a separate part of the restaurant, called the Wine Cellar, there is a prototype, easily accessible, refrigerated glass cabinet with about 1,000 bottles of wine. High-class menu The restaurant is distinguished by high-quality menu served by the chef - Krzysztof Lizak. The menu refers to the tradition associated with the seasonal availability of products. Depending on the time of day, the restaurant offers a dinner menu, the main menu and the tasting menu. Exquisite modern Polish cuisine and more, prepared with the highest quality products supplied by carefully selected local producers and growers. The menu also includes dishes of seasoned Polish beef and venison.
