Open Kitchen Restaurant, Craft Bar and Live Stage Venue The idea of Arestocraft evolved from the process of hand crafting the interior furniture, to create a space which provides a platform to showcase craft inspired bar and kitchen menus and a live stage venue. Chef and owner Shane Baker, a New Zealand native who honed his skills working in some of Londons and Europes busiest kitchens draws upon his upbringing and world travels cooking an international process driven menu within an open kitchen setting. Simply prepared dishes highlighting seasonal ingredients. Locally sourced Craft beers, inventive cocktails, craft infused spirits, wines, and a large selection of imported teas and coffee beans. Housed in one of Krakow's most famous Palace's. Over it's lifetime home of Kings, Aristocrats, animal auction houses and headquarters and living quarters for Nazi's and Soviet's. First time visiting Kraków and had a great night here at Arestocraft! Great music, drinks and the owner Shane is lovely! If i return to Kraków I will definitely be back ?
