The place was packed and you should share the table with others but the food was tasty and they gave you big portion with super affordable price. The staffs were polite, kind and efficient. We tried the pork (with delicious cauliflower soup and sides like potatoes, beetroot etc) for 18 Zloty, Polish dumpling (Pierogi with cabbage and mushroom) half portion for 8 Zloty and Polish kompot for our drinks each 4 Zloty.
Had a high expectation when I came here. But pretty much being let down.. had their fried pierogi and they tasted ok. The meat fillings are pretty dry and the overall food was pretty bland. I did tried pierogi in other restaurant prior to this, and it taste far superior lol.The server looks grim and unfriendly hahaha. Kinda ruin my breakfast mood. But it’s cheap so why not? The coffee is pretty good tho.
Went here after reading some good reviews and saw that the place was very busy with tourists. There were quite a few choices so just settled on the chicken liver and homemade lemonade. The guy informed us that portions were quite big so we just ordered one main to share. Sadly the lemonade was really bad, it was just two small cups of warm water with slices of lemon! The food took a bit long to arrive but was much better than the lemonade. The potatoes, chicken and the salads were fresh and quite tasty yet delightfully simple. Cleanliness wise the place can improve a lot. Used dishes were kept on the tables for some time and the tables were not wiped and the floor was a bit filthy. Good to try this place though.
