Quale Restaurant is a place for people who value quality and taste. We have combined the decor of our rooms, inspired by the 1920's, with modern cuisine, a cocktail-bar and whisky bar. All this is connected by carefully selected background music. When visiting the Quale Restaurant, you will not only be introduced to a world of sophisticated tastes, but also presented with traditional flavours in new variations. When preparing the traditional Polish and European cuisine dishes, our Chef, Jakub Botta, presents innovation and original vision of Poland's and Europe's culinary heritage on every plate.
