About
We offer Neapolitan pizza baked in a brick oven, which is the heart of our restaurant. The center of the pizza is covered by San Marzano D.O.P tomatoes which grow on the fertile lands below Mount Vesuvius. Thanks to a long (approx. 24h) process of maturation, our pizza is easy to digest. Baked for approximately 90 seconds in 450C. We only use Italian ingredients.
