In the restaurant Uroczysko Zaborek we serve mainly Podlasie cuisine based on traditional local products and herbs from their own garden. In the seasonal menu you can find eg nettle noodles, kale salad cutlets or zucchini pancakes, but also real potato biscuits, cardamom, buckwheat pancakes and steaming with blueberries.
