And here's why we are so excited to share this find: We were delighted to discover this absolute gem of a restaurant with great food, friendly service and a modern, clean atmosphere. Borowianka, located a short distance out of Opole in the suburb of Suchy Bor, serves exquisite food, moderately priced, in a very pleasant atmosphere. The owner, Peter, and his wife, Eva, preside over a restaurant that features a lighter, more fusion style cuisine while maintaining its roots in traditional Polish cooking. Savory salads and delectable entres. We made this a regular pilgrimage during our stay in Opole and were never disappointed. This enthusiastic review is motivated only by our extreme satisfaction.
