Our dishes rely primarily on the idea behind "0 km", so we limit the radius of obtaining our products to minimum. Because of the natural richness of our region we derive our products from the sea, the lakes, rivers, meadow and the forest. We forage by ourselves, but key to us is also the support for the local producers. We are inspired by the rare products, those odd and those we begin to forget, that once had a place at our table. We offer a unique meal experience of Pomerania.
