In our kitchen, grounded from inception in the Slow Food movement, we use only ingredients and products harvested from seasonal organic crops we buy from carefully selected and well-tested suppliers. In order to meet your high expectations and with your satisfaction in mind, we have developed close relationships with local growers and manufacturers who hold the promotion of healthy, organically grown and nutritious food produced using traditional, preservative- and pesticide-free methods, close to heart. We would like to invite you to our monthly food festival to explore new culinary experiences, such as seasonal produce and new or ethnic cuisine.
