We had two lovely evenings out here. Very friendly staff, great local house wine, very nice food. Traditional Alentejo kitchen, very nicely prepared pork tenderloins, bacalhau dorade.
Really enjoyed the meal at this traditional restaurant decorated with traditional feel. This is a good ones place to good home made traditional food. Portions were plentiful, staff were polite and helpful and there was a good selection of wines, and gins!
Not much choice in the area but well used by locals and good value. the mixed grill was good if a little salty as is the norm locally. Very rustic.
A wonderful restaurant in a beautiful town. The pork knuckle was delicious as was the black pork kebab. All washed down with tasty Alentejo wine.
