We had read other reviews and wondered what the food would be like. We were not disappointed. Modern Portuguese at its best. Definitely worth a revisit.
I was surprised to find very good vegetarian dishes since the restaurant mostly served meat and fish. The service was great, warm and friendly. The space decorated with good taste. Superb!
Possibly the most stylish restaurant in Portugal outside of Lisbon and Porto – plus the food, wine and service are very good.This was our fourth or fifth visit to Acontece and it never disappoints.
