Delight in the olives, olive oil and salt flower couvert, and be sure to taste some of our snacks: veal rolls, breaded green beans and sausage-stuffed mushrooms are just some of the appetizers you can taste. Have a taste of North Alentejo cuisine, try our most iconic dishes: the 14-seasonings partridge with orange basket and chips, and the Santa Maria cod. Finally, don't forget to try our typical vinegar sweet. The name may not sound very appealing, but the end result is very surprising and original.
