This is a restaurant with no airs and graces but the food which we ordered was very tasty and enjoyable. The menu is written entirely in Portuguese and English is not spoken but we understood enough to be very satisfied with our order.
Been here several times, since moving into the local area and each time have had a lovely meal. Not huge, but very well cooked and enough. Friends raved about the black pork, we love the chicken in (rather strong) cheese.
This is a great place to experience black pork. We ate loin steaks and the were cooked to perfection.
Very nice restaurant with very good Portuguese food. Try the chicken in cream sauce or some meat from the porco preto!The service is more than excellent and very, very friendly. One of our favorites in the neighborhood of Ourique.
