Local Portuguese food with friendly service. We choose 3 dishes from the house specialty menu including a soup, pork, and bacalhau. All dishes were under 10 euros each. The place was packed with locals on a Sunday afternoon. Always a good sign.

Found this restaurant while walking the alleyways in Beja. One of a few open at 1pm. The place is wonderful with really nice, curtious staff. The food was nothing but stellar. Clean, plenty of seating , great atmosphere. Celebrated my birthday here. Obrigada.
The Agega Tipica 25 de Abril is the ideal restaurant to eat local gastronomy well made. Don’t miss it. The staff isn’t freindly.
Nice welcome and friendly atmosphere from the start, food was great especially the soup and all grill porco Preto was very nice, must try and enjoy also the location.
