We are a Family run Smokehouse & Tapas Bar, offering a quirky, different menu based around our Smoked Produce and Tapas. All our meats and Smoked Produce are prepared & cooked using our own Spice Rubs -we buy only the best, local produce possible. Our American style Smoker/BBQ - fondly known as the Beast - in which we use sustainable wood - under the watchful eye of our Chief Pitmaster/Smoker - JK - produces the most delicious 16 hour smoked Beef Brisket and Pork Shoulder (for our Pulled Pork). Our Tapas Chief - Chef Renato - (who until we opened up here had spent his time previously working in an award winning Tapas Restaurant on the outskirts of Manchester) - whilst having his own core Tapas Menu, is forever enthusiastic in his quest for trying new exciting, dishes for our customers to taste. So, if you want to try something completely different - whether you live here in the Algarve or are here on holiday, we are based in Vale de Milho Golf Club - just outside Carvoeiro.
