I agree with the previous review regarding professionalism: we waited one hour for our food. When we asked the waiter why it was taking so long, he carelessly replied: “we were preparing the orders of the bigger group”. This type of answer is not acceptable and clearly shows Natraj is keener on serving bigger groups and ignores small family tables (we weren’t the only ones complaining). Regarding the food per se: Dahl makhani with yellow lentils, red beans and (some) black lentils. What?? I mean, I know we’re not in India but it’s outrageous how they’re treating customers foolishly when serving this and not proper Dahl makhani (which should be pure black lentils simmered during around 8h with butter and cream and spices.. nothing like what Natraj serves). Also asked for the Paneer tandoori and the tandoori sauce tasted like bottled tandoori sauce sold at the supermarket, while the paneer itself wasn’t grilled, not even slightly charred, and hard in texture. For all the reasons listed I won’t be coming back and I do not recommend.

Pedimos um dos pratos sem picante por não poder comer (ordens do medico) e trouxeram-me com picante porque se enganaram. Escusado será dizer que mesmo depois de trocar, já não consegui comer. Preço caro quando comparado com qualidade de atendimento péssima. Sitio a nunca mais repetir.
