Com boa companhia, é um bom sito para jantar. Aconselho a marcarem mesa em frente ao fadista, caso contrário os turistas não vão deixar ouvir a música, porque não entendem a essencia do fado. O atendimento deixa um bocadinho a desejar, porque é muito virado para o turisto (é pena!).
Well, we came here focused on the Fado and that was great. The lady singing had an awesome voice. The house wine was delicious. The waiter was very kind. Unfortunatly the food didn’t match our expectations of Lisbon food quality. We ordered the fish dish which turned out to be a pike with octopus (mainly) and 4 potatoes as well as slices of salat. Well, maybe we expected too much but we passed so many restaurants and we regretted not to enter them when the food was served. So my advice go there for the music, order the wine and some Tapas and enjoy the Alfama Fado and the gorgeous voice of this lady with the guitar. But don’t go there when you are hungry after an all day city walk.
