  Localização muito boa, mas a comida muito má.Pedi Garoupa grelhada e estava muito mole. Também pedimos lulas e estavam secas. Confecção muito má. Não recomendo. É pena que num local tão maravilhoso não se possa disfrutar de refeição digna de qualidade.

  I will start by saying that there was nothing wrong with the food at this restaurant, in fact it was pretty good. My low rating has everything to do with the rudeness of one particular waiter and is enough for me to say that I will never return to this restaurant. First of all, be aware of quite aggressive up selling here. I remember on a previous visit upon ordering two coffees they also bought out two pastéis de natas even though we hadn’t ordered them, yes we could have refused and on this occasion we didn’t mind and no harm really done. Anyway back to this visit we were given the menus, there was a small section for drinks where a house wine is listed at €11 per bottle, we ordered this and at the same time I let the waiter know that I have Zomato Gold. He told me he didn’t know what that was and this was when his whole attitude changed towards us. I explained how it worked, he told me he was new (I’m not sure I believed that) he then said I had to pre book for Zomato gold. As this was incorrect I asked him to ask someone else, when he returned he told us that menu isn’t available and that we have to pay for everything we order. I showed him the terms and conditions and still he refused, he also told me the boss wasn’t there. I said that I would contact Zomato and we would order once we had resolved matters. In the meantime he bought the wine to the table, he then tried to sell a “wine of the week” to us for €16. As I mentioned before the only wine on the menu we were given was €11 a bottle. I would have appreciated a wine list if there were other wines to choose from not just the say so of the waiter. After a little more confusion he opened the house wine which was actually very nice. I did notice that every table around us got an ice bucket for their wine, we didn’t. Zomato were excellent throughout my contact with them, but they couldn’t get through to the restaurant. After a good 30-40 minutes the waiter returned and said “ you can order now”. I asked if he was now happy with the Zomato gold, he said it would be resolved when the boss came in that night. I queried that we wouldn’t still be there then, as it was mid afternoon at that point. We did order and after a quite a long wait I did query the Zomato gold again with him as I really didn’t want to have an issue later. Again he was rude and off hand and at this point I said to just cancel our order and we will go next door, they also offer Zomato gold. He said then that no it would be fine. To be honest at this point we felt very awkward and were not enjoying the experience at all. We did receive our food, grilled sea bass and Piri piri chicken. The sea bass was delicious, the chicken was lacking any piri piri and I didn’t dare ask for any. We finished our meal, got our bill (which had had the discount applied) and left. If the waiter had not been so rude we would likely have stayed for another bottle of wine, desserts and coffee he would have got a tip too. It’s a shame, but it was the most excruciating experience and not one I ever want to repeat.
