About

Restaurant founded in April 1974 by Jaime Dionisio, then one of the "Mercado de Arroios" cutters. This restaurant was considered to be the canteen serving the meat from Dionisio's family butcher. It is now operated by his son Paulo Dionisio, who continues the family legacy as a cutter and continues to serve the same meat from his butchery into the restaurant.
