O BA Wine bar é pequeno porém cheio de boas surpresas. Excelentes vinhos, todos vendidos por copo, e bons queijos ajudam o apaixonado proprietário à te fazer viajar pelas regiões vinícolas de Portugal com bastante propriedade. O preço é ligeiramente salgado para padrões Lisboetas
O atendimento é personalizado mas não invasivo. Têm excelentes vinhos e muitos conhecimentos para partilhar. Os petiscos estavam divinais. A voltar sem dúvida alguma.
I can’t say enough about this place – it is simply perfect. Worth every step of the climb up to it, located in a very cool part of the city and it more than lives up to its reputation as one of the best restaurants in Europe. The selection of wines is unparalleled, the meat and cheese were the best I’ve ever had and the service you receive when you walk through the door to the minute you leave is first class. I would happily have paid twice the amount we paid to eat and drink here. Not much more I can say except PLEASE visit this place if you are in Lisbon, you will not be disappointed and you will love it, I promise! Just be sure to book as they are a small business and they only have limited tables.
This is a wine bar. The sommeliers are gifted with knowledge and mind-reading abilities. The Portuguese wine selection is extensive – each glass simply makes you happy. And the food? It might be basic ham and cheese, but it’s very high quality and simply delicious! And the price level is very fair, our tasting ranged from 4 to 10 EUR per 15 cl glass with the oldest being from 2002. A 2 person ham and presunto platter for 24 EUR.Guidelines for visiting: Make a booking, show up on time, bring money, trust your sommelier, and have more than one glass now that you have a booking!
O espaço é pequeno mas acolhedor, e o serviço fantástico. Mas são os vinhos que merecem o principal destaque. Muito bem organisados, com escolhas para diferentes carteiras, sem descurar os produtores de menor dimensão, se bem que seria sempre mais interessante se a oferta em termos de pequenos produtores fosse maior. Mas também é verdade que nem sempre é fácil gerir uma carta de vinhos de um espaço que procure conciliar estes vários factores. Apesar de tudo, o BA Winebar do Bairro Alto consegue ser um dos melhores bares de vinhos em Lisboa. Nos petiscos seria interessante uma oferta mais cuidada, dizendo por exemplo a proveniência dos queijos e enchidos. De qualquer modo, um excelente espaço de degustação de vinhos e uma óptima forma de experimentar novos produtores.
Este espaço é bastante recomendável, quer pelo atendimento atenciosamente prestado, quer pela possibilidade de experimentar vinhos requintados e tapas portuguesas (pão alentejano e atum bastante saboroso, com azeitonas temperadas a acompanhar). A localização na Rua da Rosa é ideal, visto estar mais distante da zona mais turística/confusa do Bairro Alto.
