Sadly the owners downgraded the service, and the food is crap, 4 dishes all left half way. Please spend a bit more and find some house that represents FADO and Lisbon. Don’t wait 30 minutes for a FADO which ends in 2min.
We visited Caldo verde with a friend and had a very enjoyable experience. Service and Food were very good and the Fado was excellent. Would definitely return.
It seems typical from outside, but the dining experience is neither typical nor pleasant. You cannot even talk during the concert. Really unpleasant, period.On the other hand, the waitress was wonderful!P.s. No credit/debit cards are accepted.
Fado night in an area where are many restaurants.Nice staff, good food. Minimum one main course/person3-4 fado songs/sesion, 20 min. pause, and again fado.
