Traditional portuguese cuisine, am particularly fan of the octopus rice, recommend all the stews or rice based dishes as well as the grills. The wine list is very good as is the sangria. Sitting outdoors is the best, because you can enjoy the Bairro Alto feel without the crowdiness.The service depends of the waiters, some excellent, some average, but the price, the food and the place outweigh their mood, I keep coming back!

The food itself is a solid 4/5. It’s a traditional type of portuguese restaurant. The head waiter we had was quite surly, maybe he was having a bad night, however he wasn’t very engaging and had a bit of an attitude because we asked for menus in English for two of my friends who were visiting. To be honest people have off days in hospitality and apart from his unfriendly attitude initially the service was quick and decent. Still because of that I would not be inclined to return.
