– If you’re planning to go for Drinks and chill after beach/pool this is the best place. – If you decide to have dinner this is a wrong decision. • Me and my friends went for a drink. The staff came and asked us what we would like to have without even offering us a drinks menu. • We asked for some snacks with the drinks (dry fruits or some chips) but we were informed that it wasn’t available. • When we decided to leave the place to go for dinner, one of the employees asks us to join them and have dinner there (some burgers, pizzas or the Picanha Option). We informed him that we would still go for a walk but most probably we would come back. • After no more than 5 minutes we came back to the same restaurant to have the “All-you-can-eat Picanha” but we were informed by another employee that they were full in the main room and it would be impossible to have dinner there. As an alternative he suggested us that we could have dinner in the terrace. Since it was a lovely day, we accepted.• They served us some drinks and after half an hour we were served the Picanha, rice, Black beans, farofa and some French fries. We were served without a serving cutlery (spoons) so we had to go to the bar and ask for it so the food wouldn’t get cold. The food was above average but not enough for 5 people. So we asked for some more, since again it was all you can eat. • After 45 minutes we asked the lady that was taking care of the terrace for our food again. She apologized saying the main room was quite full and busy and it was getting very hard for her to get us our food. She explained us another customer (in the terrace as well!) was waiting for a burger for more than 1 hour already and suggested us to get some pizzas because it would be faster. We denied since we were already eating meat and we were not in a rush. • The lady was able to bring us some more food but just a very small portion of meat + French fries. This time there was not rice, beans or farofa. • Since it was a small portion we finished in no time and asked for some more. • In the meanwhile we decided to go upstairs and take a look at the main room. There was a few tables available and since it was getting quite dark outside (we had to use our mobile phones flashlight) we decided to ask if we could go upstairs and this way being served faster since it was already 45 minutes since the last time. The girl taking care of us, again super energetic (she was all the time running around) and nice, moved us upstairs and asked someone to take care of us. • Upstairs nobody came to clean our table, there was still food on top of it from previous customers. All the staff was ignoring us, and prioritizing customers who had arrived later than us but were there for drinks instead of food. • After a while, we got very uncomfortable and decided to talk to the manager, and we informed him about our situation. The manager was the previous staff that had informed us in the beginning that it would be impossible to have dinner in the main room to go to the terrace. He decided to deal with the problem saying “I told you so”. This is not a proper answer. • we informed some more staff and they set up our table without even cleaning it first. The food came without spoons or us having cutlery/plates. • We started eating at 8 pm and this was already past 11pm so one of my friends decided to gave up. • We were not asked for more drinks. The food was there getting cold. One of the employees gave us the cutlery by hand without a cutlery pack or a Napkin/tissue. • We asked for the “Livro de reclamações” (complaining book) and straight away the manager come to ask how was everything and if we needed something. We denied and asked again for the book. • We wrote our complain while the manager was staring at us. After finishing our task he asked for our identification, something that he’s not allowed to. • We made our payment with him, and he was acting quite sarcastic. He paid more than 12 euros each for a all you can eat Picanha (that wasn’t even all you can eat) plus drinks. He didn’t make us a discount like offering us the drinks. He didn’t apologized. • After we paid he looked at me (the one who wrote on the book) and sarcastically said “thank you, thank you very much”. We didn’t like it but we decided to be polite and explained him that the service wasn’t good, that he should know and that the terrace should be only for drinks and not for dinner. He accepted our comment and changed his behavior explaining he was new in charge that there was a lot of staff missing in that specific day and apologized. • We left the restaurant informing him that we would come back for drinks – and that’s why my review it’s a 2 and not a 1. Because as a bar its an excellent bar (even though some details are missing) as a restaurant it’s a terrible restaurant. To sum up:- No capacity for a full house restaurant- Over stressed staff/employees- No attention to details- No consistency- No hygiene- No good leadership skills – No organization
Muito amplo e com uma vista excelente para a praia das maçãs, peca pelo recorrente péssimo atendimento, das 4 vezes que visitei foi sempre muito lento e a primeira vez tive de esperar 40min por um cappuccino e uma cola, mesmo assim chegou quase frio (para atender 4 pessoas). Ainda assim, vale pela vista e bom ambiente da esplanada com música, preço justo.

Fiz uma festa de aniversário com 35 pessoas e, no momento, sem qualquer aviso, fomos obrigados a comer todos o mesmo prato sem saber sequer o preço que iríamos pagar.Os empregados nunca vinham à sala. Estragaram o meu bolo de anos (vinha amassado e sujo). As casas de banho, tanto de homem ou mulher, estava entupida e nem água para lavar as mãos tinha.Já tinha lido algumas Reviews daqui mas pensei em dar uma oportunidade. Completamente para esquecer. Péssimo. Arcaico e medíocre. Com toda a certeza que irá fechar em breve. Falência na certa!Nem nunca sequer quero olhar para lá mais. Fizeram a minha festa ser um fiasco!Bem Haja.
Preço: ***Comida: ***Atendimento: ***Óptima opção para um copo ao fim do dia!Tem uma esplanada brutal, óptima para ver o pôr do sol.Comemos um prego e estava muito bom.Para acompanhar pedimos um sumo laranja e uma limonada, que além de deixarem a desejar, são servidos numa dose mínima, a um preço absurdo.As sobremesas são razoáveis, não fazemos questão de voltar a experimentar numa próxima visita.Ocasionalmente tem musica ao vivo.
Fomos a este restaurante com a intenção de jantarmos algo simples depois de um dia de praia, pedimos duas entradas, três hambúrgueres e uma dose de sardinhas. Depois de uma hora inteira à espera, apenas as águas nos trouxeram. Nada de entradas, nem pratos. A meio dessa 1h a empregada veio, espantada, perguntar-nos se já tínhamos as entradas, ao qual nós respondemos que não, ela riu-se e foi para a cozinha. Não sabemos o que lhes foi dizer, porque na realidade as entradas nunca vieram.Os empregados iam e vinham, todos vendo a mesa sem nada e todos ignorando por completo esse detalhe.Decidimos pedir a conta para as águas e irmos embora, ao qual o dono nos informou que a comida já estava pronta a servir, que conveniente.Mantivemos a decisão de pedir a conta e escusado dizer que não voltaremos a este estabelecimento.
Um espaço extremamente agradável com uma vista ótima sobre a serra de Sintra. Em termos de comida, comida muito boa: q carne e o bacon do hambúrguer tinham uma excelente qualidade; sobre a salada só pecou pelo ananás ser de lata.No geral é um espaço ótimo, fundamental para a praia das maçãs, com comida bastante boa com um preço aceitável; um dos aspetos a melhorar é o tempo de espera que neste dia foi bastante elevado.
