We were starving at 2 PM and walked into this local cafe of a kindof deserted area. Be prewarned not a soul understands English, hence I just followed suite of my Portugese friend. The daily menu showed that they have one set menu that had Octopus which I absolutely cant stand, the other had according to my colleague the king of sandwiches. The sandwich had Beef, Sausage, Bacon & Ham between the breads. Topped by a sunny side up egg it was a monstrous sandwich. It came with a side of Fried potato chips and the sandwich was marinated in a special sauce. Unfortunately the dish wasnt that great, infact I found the beef completely unedible. I split it from the sandwich so I could atleast eat the rest. I had to pour a lot of chili sauce to mask the flavours of the dish. I was disappointed with the performance of the cafe but am really looking forward to trying out this dish somewhere else. But we left very disappointed from the cafe, they need to do better in the future.
Provavelmente a pior francesinha que ja comi. Apesar do servçio e ambiente simpatico, não fui feliz com opção que tomei: estava fria o bife demasiado rijo e o molho longe do esperado para quem ja provou uma boa francesinha. Assim daria mais uma oportunidade ao restaurante talvez tenha dito azar na escolha porque vi outros pratos serem servidos e com bom aspeto.
