What a dive. The fish is greasy and tastes like it’s a month old. And what was meant to be a small meal for less than twenty euro turned out to be 36 when they stiffed us for a tiny platter of bread and cheese. And when I told them I wasn’t happy the waiter looked at me like I was a piece of shit on his shoe. Eat here at your own risk.
Bad and expensive! Order t – bone steak which is not t – bone. The meat is like chewing gum . With steak you get few french fries. Location is good so they just catch tourist and show the picture of food what looks really nice but what you got on plate is completely different.
This is my favorite place in Lisbon. Central and not to miss. Simple, tasty and fresh food served with a smile. Soups – 2 Euro, mains up to 9 Euro. Nice cod, great sardines, cheap vinho verde (8 Euro – 1l). Crowded at lunch and dinner time.Kitchen closes at 11pm. Sundays closed. Enjoy!
