"My passion has always been to cook!!! I have been working with Italian chefs in different Italian regions for many years and I always had a dream.. one day have my own Ristorante. So in 2003 I open my first one - Lucca. The original Italian pizzas made in a firewood oven, fresh Italian products and my dedication to the Italian gastronomy took me to sucess. Then in 2009 I opened my second restaurant - La Finestra and in 2012 our last "baby" took the first steps - Tavola Calda." Carlos Sousa
