We ate outside on 10/07/2018 at about 15:00 in the afternoon. It was an incredibly disappointing experience. Waiter is totally at fault but the two items of food we consumed were disappointing as well. Waiter gave us a menu with no indication of what was and wasn’t still available. Apparently the kitchen was closed so only pre-made items were available but we didn’t learn this until after and the waiter has no apology. Thenlearns the item I choose (second choice item at this point) is not available even though it’s pre-made so I pick a third choice after he drops my husband’s food (a disappointing chocolate croissant though he had wanted to order something else) on the table. Waiter then completely forgets about my order and my husband and I finish our beverages and my husband finishes his food when I realize this isn’t just slow service, I have to remind him about the salted codfish fritter I ordered 30 minutes previously. He gives no apology at all or even an acknowledgement of any kind, just stares at me blankly and runs away. When we get the bill we leave the 8 euros the printed receipt states and leave the table, only to be chased down the street by the waiter that it was actually supposed to say 9 euros but he doesn’t even have the receipt with him to prove this! So we have to walk all the way back. Again no apology. Waste of time and money.
